Visualization is a powerful transformation tool, and it happens to be a great medium to practice meditation. It’s particularly effective when practising guided meditations and journeys (as in the indigenous traditions).
Personally, I love combining visualization to many other wellness and meditation techniques. Namely, I’ve successfully managed peaks of my own anxiety with a meditation I (still) use regularly. Reiki is a japanese healing art based on the principle of energy work, more specifically, on the channelling of universal life force energy, to which we all have access.
